Introducing vibrotherapy
This is a therapy that focuses on pain relief and mobility resolution through the use of medical-grade weighted tuning forks on the body’s fascia network. It’s a vibrational based healing modality, combining vibration with specific pressure, accurate techniques and specific placement to release inflammation and disburse interstitial fluid, to help restore the fascia to its natural Staten by of being, which reduces pain

Trigeminal Neuralgia (Facial Pain)
Neck Restrictions
This particular client fractured her C2 (neck vertebrae) falling of her horse a couple of years ago. After healing she went for various modalities of treatment to help her gain pain free range of motion. The first session I performed on her (to illustrate VFRT) she was pain free for the first time since the accident within minutes). She then Booked a hour session, the pictures is self explanatory. Besides her being pain free she has full range of motion of her neck and her shoulder pain which was caused by tensegrity was also gone.
Trigeminal Neuralgia (facial Pain)
I had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Everything healed well. However, exactly 2 months later, I developed a huge infection in my lower left jaw where a tooth had been removed. I had to go to an emergency doctor who prescribed antibiotics and I then returned to the surgeon who removed the teeth.
I went every week or 2 to have the wound cleaned and packed. After a month, it had stopped healing, so the surgeon made small incisions in the hole where the wisdom tooth had been, in order to initiate healing again. In total, it took 2 to 3 months for the wound to heal. The entire process was very painful and the pain progressively became worse. I wasn't able to eat anything too crunchy like toast or popcorn. Sometimes if I had been talking too much, my jaw would become very stiff and painful. The nerve pain would occur often and was at times unbearable. At times I was very nauseous and unable to do anything. I was terrified of going back to the doctor.
After a year, I was referred to another maxillofacial surgeon who did x-rays but could not find anything to explain the pain. He diagnosed a myofacial pain disorder. I went on a 1 month course of anti-inflammatories and a soft food diet but this did not work. I then started attending with chiros, who did acupuncture and rehab and tried to realign my jaw, which is slightly out. I always found the following few days post-treatment, to be extremely painful and could feel my muscles pulling my jaw out of alignment again. I then consulted with Dr Gouws, who did prolotherapy on my face, head and jaw joints. I went consistently every 2 months or so for over a year. I found that this reduced the nerve pain significantly and provided about 10 days of relief between visits. I however had to stop going due to the cost and the fact that it was a painful experience.
I then went to my GP, who diagnosed trigeminal neuralgia and put me on meds, which made me feel awful. I felt like I was hallucinating and so discontinued the pills immediately. I never went back. I then started craniosacral therapy. Straight after treatment I was very sore and tender for a day or two, even though treatment was very gentle. This did provide me with some relief for a few days and helped further reduce the nerve pain, but the pain would always come back. I eventually stopped attending any appointments and the pain was progressively becoming worse, to the extent that the nerve pain was really bad.
My 1st session with JJ was very painful but as he was working on my face the pain would slowly dissolve. My face was a bit tender to touch but I did feel good immediately after and I didn't have any pain or headaches for a week. Nothing else has ever taken the headaches away. Each session has gotten easier and less painful. And the pain relief has been lasting longer and longer with each session. I haven't had nerve pain in weeks and when the pain does come back it is a lot milder than before. Some areas of my face has been pain free for weeks too. My face no longer feels puffy or swollen. Sometimes before JJ I would wake up with a slightly swollen cheeks. I can comfortably sleep whereas before sometimes the pressure of lying down on my head was too sore.

Robin Thesen-Smith Plettenberg Bay - Knee Issue
“For those of you who do not know about JJ Terblanche and his vibration therapy, I would like to share my experience with you. I made an appointment with him to check a young, unbacked mare. I wanted to know that there were no issues with her back and hips before progressing in the backing process. He worked on her, and she had some quite marked reactions to the vibration, eventually settling down to enjoying it.
I had a knee problem that had plagued me for over 4 months, and it was not healing. JJ said that he thought he could help me with my knee, and so he worked on me next.
First off, I was shocked at the level of pain the vibration gave me, and in that, I have a profound respect for the amount of pain that I realised my horse would tolerate without retaliating.
Once he was finished working on my knee, I climbed off his table 90% better than before. To have such a huge improvement after months of hobbling around completely blew my mind. I realised that if I had experienced this profound improvement, then my horse would have experienced the same healing.
Yesterday he came again to work on my knee and I have full function of it now.
My mare has scaring on her back legs from injuries sustained before I got her and JJ tells me has had huge success on healing scar tissue so we will work on that when he is next in our area.
I look forward to sharing the results of that with anyone who may be interested.
From personal experience, I can testify that this therapy is phenomenal”.

Carpal Tunnel
Sue Zoltner-Forbes.
15 May: Thanks JJ Terblanche for fixing my right hand ( I have had carpal tunnel like symptoms for months ! My hands go stiff at night and hurt when I ride). He only had time to treat my right side and amazingly my right hand didn’t hurt today but my left hand did. He will do my left hand on Saturday! It’s this really cool therapy where he uses a tuning fork to get rid of inflammation which frees up space for the nerves.
21 May: Also thanks to JJ who worked on my left shoulder, forearm and hand yesterday morning and today I had no pain at all in either hand from my carpal tunnel!
24 May:
My hands were so good when I rode today ! . I think they are fixed !

Mr X (Frozen Shoulder)
Mr X had severe restrictions in his left arm for a long time and limited range of motion. He postponed his trip to Durban with one day to see if I could help him with his discomfort. After an hour of working on his shoulder and arm he had relief with his “frozen shoulder”. For him , it was worth his delay. After the session he had full mobility and ROM ( range of motion) in lifting his arm forward and all the way up. Some more work is needed with lateral flexion to the left but one can only do so much work in an hour. The body also needs to recover, heal and interstitial fluid needs to move (this takes about two days) after the session. The pictures from behind, flexing his arm speaks for itself. In the first picture it is obvious how he compensated and tried his best to flex his arm behind his back (without the restriction of his jacket). The last picture speaks a different story, even wearing a jacket and the change in his posture. Upwards and onwards.
Feedback: two days later asking Mr X how his ROM is and how his bodily response was:
Amazing...arm is 85% better....which is fantastic. I will make a 3 session booking end of November...when I am home again from abroad.

APPRECIATION POST JJ from Bar valley equine therapy… I wish I knew you earlier in my life. I cannot say thanks enough for heeling my pain and stiffness throughout my body with your methods of Vibrational therapy.
Unbelievable how it instantly detoxes and releases pain.
I cannot describe the feeling of utter release I am feeling. JJ your hands are magic, and I am at awe with how connected you are with your clients. You are gifted with an ability to listen to the body without knowing beforehand what the issues are.
Cannot even remember when last I felt so good and slept through! You fixed my stiff neck, shoulders, lower-back and my very stiff hip.
Of all the words, I choose …

Thank you my friend for helping to move the big lump of fluid on my arm after the break. Was truly impressed by that and my arm felt much better ....not so constricted and less painful.
Caresa Combe
You started on my arms...I almost jumped up as the pain startled me...I have been completely unaware that I had pain in my arms. For months, I struggled to settle at night and tried all kinds of pillows to try and find comfort, but to no avail. You worked on my arms for 30 minutes and I couldn't believe the relieve I had. Since that day, I have not had a single restless night tossing and turning and the pain in my arms are gone and my hands and wrists are also so much better. Thank you, thank you, thank you for always searching and finding new modalities to help, not just our animal friends but now also, us humans.

Was an awesome experience. Had a hip problem for years and JJ worked on this after my neck, shoulders and arm, now pain free and totally buy into this treatment. Great work and patience JJ. Made an old man more mobile to play pain free golf again

My arm is amazingly better upwards in front & sideways, to the back & up is still iffy but on the whole better🙏🙏 my jaw is 100%, thank you so much, see you when you’re back, I forgot to mention my left knee😱 it’s a pain in the ass, cannot bend it completely.
Carl - Knee and shin/calf
Firstly many thanks for the treatment. First time in many many months that I am feeling more mobile and pain free. The right hand side of my calf is no longer numb 👍. The left hand side of my calf which was also numb is 80% better. The left hand side of the knee that had a lot of pain is 80% better. So for me it is wonderful to feel so mobile again and not Eina. Thank you so much. Kind regards. Carl
After a second session with Carl he is pain free, all neurological issues were resolved and he is now planning to walk the wall of Chine after he gave it up as a check on his bucket list.
